Photonic Nanojet: a promising fabrication tool for producing functionalized surfaces


Photonic nanojet is a maskless subwavelength-resolution direct write nanopatterning tool combining several physical phenomena at subwavelength scale.

CEA’s team focuses on the fabrication and characterization of smart surfaces associating periodic structures and nanoparticles growth for catalysis.

The Particle self-assembly and photonic nanojet facility is a functional prototype validated at a lab scale by specific operational procedures and performance analysis (from TRL4 to TRL6).
